Lotus Hot Tubs uses specially designed equipment to move your hot tub to ensure its safety. We typically send a two man team to move hot tubs and in some cases we may require an extra man depending on size and weight of your hot tub.

There may also be occasions where there is no clear access to the property, for instance’s like this we may require a crane to get the hot tub out or over your property. This can be assessed before going ahead with any bookings

We take the safety of your hot tub very seriously and wrap all tubs before we attempt to move them This will decrease the chances of any cosmetic damage and scratches to your hot tub whilst In transit.

Notice - It is the customers responsibility to make sure the hot tub is empty, disconnected from any power source and the access is clear to remove the hot tub.

When checking the access at your property, please take into consideration any obstacles that may prevent your hot tub from being removed from your property. Hot tubs are generally moved on their side vertically so height restrictions will also need to be checked along the route.
